What do you like most about Roadmunk?
The list of things I like about Roadmunk is long. The flexibility of the tool, all the visualization options, the ability to roll up individual roadmaps into master roadmaps… the list goes on. My role in IT requires specificity into many different areas. Roadmunk helps me share that visibility with anyone on my team who needs it. Quite frankly, I’m overwhelmed with the amount of possibilities Roadmunk offers. My imagination is the only limit here. Our organization as a whole has really welcomed the tool. We rely on it to help us communicate much more effectively and efficiently. I’m excited to continue using the tool with my team for a long time.
How would you describe your overall experience with Roadmunk?
I want to highlight all the training that they offer. We've gotten really good support from Roadmunk’s teams whenever we’ve had a request or question. They've done a really good job of being available to help walk us through how to use certain aspects of the tool and refine our own processes with it. Tech firms traditionally don’t have this type of flexibility or care, so this has been very welcome. It really makes adoption of the tool that much easier.
